Staff always lovely and awesome!

Great location to The District.

Stunning and particularly good location, walking distance to everywhere. Variety of meals for breakfast, including coffee, toast, eggs and bacon.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen TV. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. It was based in nice building in a great location, to Broadway.

Nothing that i didnt like.

The location was fantastic, within a short walk to many attractions like the Ryman Auditorium and Bridgestone Arena. The swimming area was really enjoyable. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited on most days, after voicing our concerns, we were allowed to order from the regular menu, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds could definitely use improvement as they were quite uncomfortable.

The hotel's location offers easy access to amazing dining options and the vibrant entertainment scene. The rooftop bar has fine views, perfect for evening relaxation. The staff was great. Breakfast could have better variety, and the hallway noise was noticeable at times, slightly impacting comfort.

The rooftop bar had amazing views that completely took my breath away! I loved soaking up the sun at the outdoor pool, the perfect spot for sipping cocktails and chatting with friends. Every corner of this place felt vibrant, thanks to the amazing ambiance and modern decor!

Located perfectly in the Gulch, the hotel's vibrant atmosphere really stands out. Cleanliness issues and unresponsive housekeeping dampened the experience. The rooftop bar is fantastic, but the loud music around the pool was fairly disappointing. Enjoyed the modern feel and amenities.

I had a fantastic stay! I loved the stunning city view from my room, the vibrant atmosphere of the Living Room bar, and the delicious food at the rooftop restaurant. the breakfast options were quite limited.

The room was chic and super comfortable. I loved the design and everything felt really modern. The bed was cozy, easy to chill after a long day. Just wish it was a bit quieter at night since you could hear some of the nightlife vibes from outside. Otherwise, it was a great space to relax in!

The clean, spacious room. Enjoyed delicious room service and was captivated by the local live music. The staff at the Living Room bar crafted amazing drinks that enhanced my stay. Pro tip, Be sure to relax and enjoy the evening ambiance!

great location but minor room issues

I loved the great city view from my room. The pool area was nice and perfect. The staff were accommodating and genuinely attentive to our needs.

We visited the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and enjoyed live music at a local venue. The service was solid, and the location was perfect for exploring. Make sure you check out the rooftop bar for great views!

The only downside was that the noise from the nearby nightlife kept us up a bit. It's great for party vibes but not so much for those wanting to catch some sleep.

Amazing place with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and a lovely restaurant. The staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay, which I really appreciated. I'm definitely coming back for my next trip!

The unique speakeasy added a special touch, and the warm cookies, despite being underwhelming, reflected a genuine effort by the staff.

Couple's Getaway Delight

The staff really made the difference-shout out to Derion for helping us find those amazing murals and local eats. The shower was a game changer, with that adjustable rain head. Pure bliss after long days of exploring.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know, worth every penny.
